It is so strong! I could have done with a quarter of the menthol/eucalyptus/peppermint. After 4 minutes we had to stop the treatment and wipe it off and my skin stayed burning hot/cold/stinging/tingly for 60 minutes. It's like a Tiger Balm or something. Once the sensations (which some people might like, I didn't) went away, the area did feel much better and my muscles were much more relaxed. I slept well that night and woke up with no pain. It must have been the gel because we really didn't get an ultrasound treatment in, only 4 minutes. We'll try again and hope that it goes better.
