While I got almost instant results from the gel, the spray was quite a bit milder. It didn't seem to have the "zing" I associated with the gel. Still, i did get some relief. This stuff really works and doesn't leave the disgusting Ben Gay smell after using it. The pleasant menthol smell goes away within 10 to 15 minutes but the relief continues. Highly recommended!
