Its very sturdy. More sturdy than others because it has two heavy duty joints holding the tv mount instead of one. All hardware for any type of wall comes included. Make sure you drill your supporting holes as close to the top of the mounting hole as you can so it won't sag on the wall. Thats the big secret! This review is from: Vizio Compatible Swivel TV Mount for 32-60" Plasma & LCD (Electronics) I bought this mount for a 32 inch visio LED TV. The mount works great but it is a bit large for a 32 inch TV, and parts of the mount are visible behind my 32 inch TV that would not show behind a 37 inch or larger TV. It is definately heavy duty enough for a much larger TV.
