This review is from: VGA Adapter to TV S-Video RCA Out Cable for PC Video (Electronics) It look like VGA with RCA output cable that can be hooked with your pc monitor to any type of receiver like xbox, ps3 , wii or even your DVD player, right! THAT IS RIGHT. It just look like it because it doesn't work..it's garbage.. Making you believe and buying it and when you get it......you found out that you 've been had...it cost more money to return it so you will end up keeping this useless price of garbage..
