The largest reason that I miss doses is that I don't always remember whether I have taken them and fear of overdose. (Can you overdose on a multivitamin?) I expected this container to be on the small side, but it unfortunately doesn't fit both of the large pills I have to take. It basically works, because I mostly needed it for the twice-daily medication, but it is pain that I have a "pillminder" but still have to open extra bottles and stuff. So in sum, it is definitely small and if you need something to hold more than one large pill, you may want to look at something else.Bonus, though! It does glow in the dark. Seriously. It's still glowing when I wake up in the morning. I love that and it feeds my glow-in-the-dark fetish quite well.Rounded design is easier for me to deal with than the boring, awkward straight pill boxes. Plus, if someone else sees it upside down on the counter or just in a backpack or purse, it's not instantly thought of as a pill box. I also love this. Only "holds 12 aspirin per compartment" if they're really small - or maybe crushed. Would probably hold 12 birth control pills per compartment, but I can't fit 12 Aleve in one compartment. Thankfully, I don't need 12 of any pills per day, so I'm OK with this. I really wish they would have used R for Thursday and N for Sunday, as commonly used to differentiate the days. Sloppy error.
