I started with starbucks, yeah that didn't last long...way too expensive. I started drinking monsters but they were pretty darn expensive too and then I found these pills which have been doing the job for me. I added yohimnbine, Primaforce Yohimbine HCL 90 Capsules + FREE 100 Grams Pure Caffeine Powder which I heard allows you to take less caffeine and at the same time increases the length of the energy burst, totally works. I work 12 hour shifts overnight and then go to the gym first thing when I get off so if I don't have at least little bit of caffeine in my body by the time morning comes around, I'm done for.About half way through my shift, I've been taking this supplement called the Energy Stack (90 Servings!) Better than Jack3d, DMAA, Red Bull, Monster, Hemorage, Caffeine, Rockstar Drink and about 100mg of caffeine and I'm literally wide awake for the rest of the time. The mix of stimulants in that stack is crazy so definitely watch yourself but if you need sustained energy that carries with you longer than the caffeine does alone, this is it.
